Terms of service
By installing or using COD Affiliates ("the app"), you agree to these terms. The app is provided as-is, without warranty. We reserve the right to update these terms; material changes are communicated via the app dashboard or email.
Beta status
The app is currently in beta. During beta, all features are available for free without enforced limits. After the first 100 merchants install, paid tiers (Pro and Scale) become active for new installs. Merchants who installed during the free-beta period remain on the unlimited Free plan permanently — this commitment is binding.
Merchant responsibilities
You are responsible for your relationship with your affiliates: recruiting them, paying them, and complying with applicable affiliate-marketing and consumer-protection law in your market. We provide attribution and commission state tracking; we do not act as a payments intermediary.
Acceptable use
You may not use the app to run programs that violate Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy, to incentivize fraudulent orders (e.g. self-referrals, cardable goods), or to attribute commissions to entities you are not authorized to represent.
Cancellation
You may uninstall the app at any time from your Shopify admin. Cancellation takes effect immediately. Data retention follows our privacy policy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. For Free-plan merchants, this means our liability is limited to zero.
